At rkfireon.com, we want our customers to have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the conditions mentioned below.

1. Return Eligibility

A product is eligible for return only if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product
  • The product you received is different from the product shown on the website
  • The product is missing accessories or parts

NOTE:
We do not accept returns for reasons such as dislike, wrong size selection by customer, or change of mind.

2. Return Request Timeline

After 48 hours, no return request will be accepted.

3. Condition of Returned Product

To be eligible for return:

  • Product must be unused
  • Product must be in original packaging
  • All tags, accessories, and freebies must be included

If the product is used, damaged by customer, or missing parts, the return will be rejected.

4. Return Process

  1. Contact customer support with your order ID and product issue
  2. Our team will verify the issue
  3. Pickup will be scheduled (if approved)
  4. After product inspection, refund/ replacement will be processed

5. Refund Policy

Refund will be issued only after our team verifies the returned product.

Refund Mode:

  • Online Payment orders: refunded to original payment method
  • COD orders: refunded via UPI/Bank Transfer

Refund processing time: 5–7 working days after product inspection.

6. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before shipping.
Once the order is shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used products
  • Clearance sale items
  • Products damaged by customer
  • Items without original packaging
